- Partner enquiries: organisation and contact details
- Website data: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous information about how you use the site
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you course and application advice (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract)
- To share your application with universities or education providers you choose to apply to (your consent)
- To keep records required for business and legal purposes (legal obligation)
Who we share it with
We share your details only with universities and education providers you ask us to apply to, and with service providers who help us run our business (for example email and secure cloud storage such as Google Workspace). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 2 years after our last contact, and application records for up to 6 years for legal and accounting reasons, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@salessolutionslondon.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
